SoundBoundIn SoundBound, the player must guide the submarine out of the deep, dark caves before it runs out of oxygen. It also must evade lurking sea creatures, but fortunately there are speed boosts, oxygen boosts, death sonar, and temporary immortality pickups.

MechanicYou can see from the motions that the main mechanic is the constant free-fall mechanic used in games like The Helicopter Game, and Flappy Bird (for the record, SoundBound was published to YoYo Games before Flappy Bird existed).

My Role
SoundBound was developed by a small team of 3 at he University of Utah. I was the sole game developer in the group. The other two students were art majors and rarely showed up to class. I did all the software, most of the game and level design decisions, and a lot of the environment art.
